Quentin grew up in Estes Park and worked for Tom Justin at the original Lazy B for over ten years. Rumor has it, he even knows the secret ingredient to Tom’s BBQ sauce. He used the money he earned each summer to pay his way through college at CU in Boulder, where he met his wife Roxanne. They have been married over 20 years and continue to call Colorado home.
Established in the early 60’s, the Lazy B is a western summertime tradition in Estes Park. We feature an authentic cowboy meal, and a show featuring live western music.
